Kosher standards at camp
Our kitchen follows strict kashrut observance including:
- Full-time mashgiach in residence at camp at all times
- All food products have hechsharim from major kashrus agencies
- All meats are glatt (All meat is supplied by Grow & Behold)
- Produced is checked for insects
- Eggs are checked for blood spots
- All bread is pas yisroel
- All cheese products have hechsharim from major kashrus agencies (Most of our cheeses our supplied by The Cheese Guy)
- We do not accept the following hechsharim: Tablet-K, Triangle K
- All equipment is toiveled as required
An eruv is in place around camp and inspected weekly.
